You will be responsible for cleaning residential homes and following our cleaning process at every home. We primarily serve recurring clients so you will be assigned to the same homes on a recurring basis.
What is the schedule like?
Our cleaners work approximately 25 - 35 hours per week. We work Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:30 am - 5 pm. We never work weekends or nights!
Do we work independently or with a team?
Cleaning jobs are mostly performed “solo,” or by one technician. You’ll mostly be working independently and cleaning 2-3 homes per day.
How am I paid?
We provide weekly pay via direct deposit to your bank account every Friday.
Where are your clients located?
We operate within Grand Rapids and the surrounding areas. The areas we service are all within a 30-35 minute radius of central Grand Rapids. We schedule each day so there is minimal drive time between jobs. You can expect 10 - 25 minutes of drive time between jobs. In rare cases there may be 25+ minutes of drive time between jobs.
How do I check my schedule?
We use a mobile scheduling app that allows you to view your schedule for each day, view the details of each job and clock in and out. You are dispatched straight from your home to the clients home so there is no need for daily office visits!

Earn a livable wage
Our technicians are paid a generous percentage for every home that they clean and average anywhere from $600 - $800 per week when including tips! Our experienced cleaning techs average $23 - $25 per hour (including driving time) from the percentage that we pay.
Paid Time Off
We offer 1 week of PTO after 90 days of consecutive employment and 2 weeks of PTO after 12 months of consecutive employment.

Requirements
Must own your own vehicle
Valid car insurance and driver’s license
Over 18 years of age
Free of drugs and felonies. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Availability
Must be available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am - 5 pm
Excellent Attitude and Energetic
Must have a positive attitude and the energy to clean 5 days a week
Work History
1 year of verifiable work history and references
Exceptional Communication Skills
Must be able to communicate with office staff and customers effectively
